For extra privacy and luxury, the Sheraton Towers floors provide superb accommodations and an exclusive lounge on the 18th floor. A new butler service provides complimentary tea/coffee wakeup service, meet and greet, complimentary pressing of three garments on arrival, packing/unpacking, concierge services, mail/faxes/message delivery to the room, shoe shine service, room cleaning at customer's convenience, newspaper delivery, turndown service, and laundry delivered in baskets and wrapped in quality paper with a "thank you" note.

In addition, a private boardroom next to the reception desk is added. The private boardroom equipped with a table and six chairs, an espresso machine, mini bar, plasma and LCD TV screen flush to the wall, is available free of charge for one hour, to all Towers guests.

Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? We’re excited to announce the opening of the new Cielo Spa, featuring 14 treatment rooms, including two spacious suites, and seven massage rooms. Choose from a decadent menu of services, and enjoy a dry sauna, a large Turkish bath ("hamam") complemented by built-in treatment beds, and rooms for post-treatment relaxation. Two Dead Sea treatment rooms are dedicated to mud wraps and salt peels, complete with luxurious showers. Two Cielo Beauty Treatment Rooms feature with innovative facial treatment equipment for the most powerful anti-aging results. The new Cielo Spa is open seven days a week: Sunday – Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and days prior to Jewish religious holidays.

Using PrintMe, guests will be able to print documents from their laptop via the printer located in the hotel’s Business Center. Different charges apply for black/white and color printing; however, it is free of charge for both Club Level and Tower guests.
